Google issue - looking for idea on how to fix -

Can't edit or fifty-fifty come across user list. I've seen that others take had or are having this issue. How practise I fix. Have posted similiar message on Google forum, merely no replies. Any ideas would be of value.

Have logged in using Burn Flim-flam and the same message popped up, but then some sort of verification popped up which needed data - this wasn't happening in explorer. Verfied and all seems to be normal now. Capeesh all the help. Got to love MS - not.
